Fanatics' Terms & Conditions – Clear and simple

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the authority operating the Fanatics platform and every individual who uses it. By accessing the Fanatics website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms.

Fanatics expects all users to act honestly, transparently, and responsibly. Our platform operates in a regulated environment, and all activities comply with international gaming laws and regulations.

To create an account with Fanatics, the following conditions must be met:

• An account may only be used by its registered owner and must not be shared with anyone else.
• Fanatics reserves the right to reject any registration request without providing a reason.

Once registration is complete, Fanatics will send a confirmation message. Your account will be considered active from the moment that message is received.

Fanatics follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal from any account, or once a specified transaction threshold is reached.

One of the following documents must be submitted for verification:

• National ID (NID) – photos of both sides.
• Passport – a clear photo of the data page.
• Driving license – photos of both sides.

Fanatics stores all submitted documents securely and never discloses them to third parties.

Fanatics supports all major payment methods available in Bangladesh. Below are the currently active payment channels:

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the account holder's name. Using a payment account belonging to someone else is not permitted.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Fanatics:

• Withdrawals can only be made from accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Fanatics reserves the right to investigate any suspicious withdrawal request before processing it. Users will be notified through support in such cases.

Fanatics regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these, the following general conditions apply:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement, typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus may only be used once per promotion.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or multiple times from the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Fanatics reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

If bonus abuse is suspected, Fanatics may investigate the account and cancel the bonus. Repeated violations will result in permanent account closure.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on Fanatics:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Fanatics reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a game or event is cancelled before it begins, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Fanatics is not liable for unplaced bets in Live Betting due to network issues.
• In any disputed outcome, the decision of Fanatics management is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Fanatics platform and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Match fixing or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event.
• Using software bots or automated tools to place bets.
• Bonus abuse – claiming bonuses multiple times in violation of the rules.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Using the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing.

Fanatics takes a strict stance against the activities listed above and reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.

Fanatics may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the terms and conditions.
• Evidence of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Prolonged inactivity (more than 18 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time, and any eligible balance will be returned. For accounts permanently closed by Fanatics, balances linked to terms violations may be forfeited.

Fanatics is not liable for any financial losses incurred through use of the platform, unless it is proven that such losses resulted solely from Fanatics' direct negligence.

• Fanatics does not offer compensation for in-game losses.
• Fanatics is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party issues such as banks or mobile operators.
• Fanatics is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Gaming is a form of entertainment. Fanatics does not present gaming as a source of income and encourages all participants to engage with full awareness of the financial risks involved.
